Returns Policy
PeterBadcock guarantees the quality and craftmanship of its books and seeks to provide redress whenever or wherever we or our courier service fails in delivering this to you. Our Returns Policy for national, regional and international sales is as follows:
South Africa Returns Policy:
If your book order is damaged in transit and you want a replacement copy please notify us within 21 days of the shipping of the book. We require return of the damaged copy at our cost and will send you a replacement copy. If a replacement copy is not immediately available we will advise you of the date of dispatch.
Regional Returns Policy:
(Zimbabwe, Zambia, Namibia, Swaziland and Lesotho)
If your book order is damaged in transit and you want a replacement copy please notify us within 21 days of the shipping of the book from South Africa. We will arrange for collection of the damaged copy at our cost and send you a replacement copy at our cost. If a replacement copy is not immediately available we will advise you of the date of dispatch.
International Returns Policy:
If your book order is damaged in transit and you want a replacement copy please notify us within 21 days of the shipping of the book from South Africa. Our courier service includes insurance for international shipping so we will require a digital picture of the damage to the original order. We will then dispatch a replacement copy at our cost. If a replacement copy is not immediately available we will advise you of the date of dispatch.
